Matthias Ziegler is a full professor of Psychological Assessment at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Germany. His research focuses on factors affecting lifelong learning and performance, including the measurement of traits and abilities, social desirability and faking, situation perception, and the modelling of interactions between these areas.
He served as Editor-in-Chief of the European Journal of Psychological Assessment from 2013 to 2016 and is the founding editor of Psychological Test Adaptation and Modeling. He was also President of the European Association of Psychological Assessment from 2019 to 2021. In 2024, Matthias and his team hosted the European Conference on Personality in Berlin.

Prof. Dr. Jaap Denissen
Utrecht University, the Netherlands
Jaap Denissen is a professor of Developmental Psychology at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. His research examines the development of different aspects of human personality, including descriptive traits, motives, and identity.
His work frequently considers contextual factors such as life events and the quality of social relationships. He has held numerous administrative positions, including Director of the Research Master Individual Differences and Assessment at Tilburg University. He is currently Editor-in-Chief of Personality Science and has served as an associate editor for journals including the European Journal of Personality and Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin.
